Housed in the main complex, which has kept the sixteenth-century wall structure unaltered, the Le Selve restaurant is a simple place where cuisine, tradition and flavors combine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Once upon a time in this space, characterized by two barrel vaulted rooms, the crops and provisions of peasant families were kept: today it can host your most beautiful moments.
During the summer season, the garden and the large outdoor spaces will allow you to share flavors and emotions in contact with nature. Breakfast will be served in the lounge on the ground floor of the owners' house, a familiar environment where you can taste homemade cakes and jams.
Our kitchen offers typical dishes of the Piceno tradition, prepared with products from the garden according to the seasons: the short supply chain here is a lifestyle and embodies the authentic values of a territory that, even today, knows how to express a ethical vision of agriculture and livestock.
The cured meats and cheeses, from raw ham to ciauscolo, from loin to seasoned pecorino, all come from local companies; homemade egg pasta goes well with robust flavors such as porcini mushrooms, black Sibillini truffles, wild boar; meat becomes the protagonist with game on the spit, lamb corata, beans with pork rinds, tripe and delicious Ascoli olives, and in addition to traditional cuisine you can taste a wide variety of pizzas.
